Votare
Votare is one workspace for agencies and product teams to plan quarterly roadmaps, allocate people to projects, track the portfolio, run hackathons and team events, and share progress with clients — without stitching five tools together.
The Challenge
Studios and product teams run delivery across Notion, Asana, Forecast, shared drives, and ad‑hoc voting tools. Capacity, roadmaps, client updates, and internal rituals never live in the same place, so slippage shows up late and Monday mornings are spent syncing tools.
The Solution
Built a full agency workspace: projects and quarterly roadmaps, a drag‑and‑drop resource planner with real capacity math, documents and proposals with secure links and verified signatures, plus the original fraud‑resistant hackathon voting, events & squads, and weekly MVP voting. Role‑based access, public client links, and audit logs keep the kitchen internal while clients see what they need.
Key Achievements
- Projects, roadmaps, and capacity planning in one system so slippage surfaces mid‑quarter, not at the end
- Resource planner allocates people across projects, hackathons, and tickets against business hours and holidays
- Documents & proposals with AI Studio drafting, secure share links, verified signatures, and a full audit trail
- Hackathons with fraud‑resistant voting, verification codes, and live leaderboards — the feature Votare was born from
- Events, squads, and weekly MVP voting for sport, social, and internal team rituals
- Public client links for proposals, timelines, and roadmaps without exposing internal noise
